Painting Foundation Bootcamp 6 lesson online course Over 6 hours of video lessons as well as personalised feedback on all assignments This course explores artistic fundamentals: -What make a painting “good” -How you can apply these techniques to your own work, giving your paintings that lift you have been searching for. Videos: Each lesson we will look at a specific aspect of the age old painting fundamentals and explore their application in both modern and contemporary methods of making art. Each topic is designed to be applicable to a wide range of subject matter, so whether you enjoy portraits, still life or landscape, you can apply the ideas to your own work. Practical: Every lesson you will receive an assignment designed to implement the strategies discussed in class. There will be an opportunity to post your assignments to our private facebook group to obtain feedback and ask any questions There is also an opportunity to jump in on our monthly live feedback sessions if you want to engage in some live chat with me and the other students. This is a great course for anyone who has attended my workshops/classes (or intends to) The online format makes distance learning perfect opportunity for those interstate or international or with work/life commitments. This extend format gives me an opportunity to delve deeper and share some of the ideas we can only briefly touch on in the course of a one day workshop. It's an opportunity to brush up on the basics, learn more of the fundamentals and gain further insight into my process. While this class is structured to challenge both experienced and beginner painters, some experience with painting or drawing is recommended.
